These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Signlyus mobile application ("App"), operated by Signlyus ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Signlyus is a document signing and form filling application that provides:

  • Signing of PDFs, photos, Word documents and images
  • Automatic detection and filling of PDF form fields
  • Camera-based document scanning
  • Creation and management of multiple signatures
  • Professional templates (NDA, contracts, receipts, authorizations and more)
  • High-quality PDF export
  • Optional iCloud backup
  • Optional Premium subscription

Signlyus is a productivity tool and does not provide legal advice. Always consult a qualified legal professional for legal matters.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Free Tier

The App is free to download and use with basic features. The free tier may include limits on the number of documents signed per day.

3.2 Premium Subscription

  • Premium features are available via auto-renewing subscriptions.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings.

3.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to forge or misrepresent signatures or documents.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

You are solely responsible for the documents you sign and their legal validity in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Signlyus and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Signlyus does not guarantee the legal validity or enforceability of any signed document. Always verify that electronic signatures are accepted in your jurisdiction for the specific type of document.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signlyus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating this page.
